This motherboard is compatible with the 2nd generation DualShock 4 controller, indicated by the part number JDM-011. The best way to determine which version you have is to disassemble your controller and look for the part number.
Please note that compared with the version structure of your own controller, there are many differences between the new designs of 050 and 055 and 044, and they are not compatible.
