You need to make sure that the purchased parts can be returned before installation. Once used and installed, no returns will be accepted except for quality issues。Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt. Please make sure you test the part by connecting it to your device before you make any installation attempt. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after 30 days of the original receipt date. Egamephone wants you to be happy with your purchase and is pleased to provide you with a Lifetime Warranty (for defectives) on all our repair parts (excluding consumables), provided there is no physical damage. (examples of physical damage include but are not limited to: scratches, damaged LCD, torn flex cables, super glue, adhesives etc.) A refund to the original form of payment for the current cost of the part(s) can be done if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the defective item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit (gift card) will be issued at the current cost of the item.
All parts returned to Egamephone for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS). You must contact Repairs Universe, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. Any part returned to Egamephone with out the proper authorization or paperwork will either incur a restocking fee of 25%. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Egamephone is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization form. Any part returned to Egamephone without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to the sender at their own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. All shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on the repair tools and screen protectors that we sell.

Return Shipping Cost and Insurance
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. Any packages sent back to Egamephone via Undeliverable/Return to Sender method will be charged depending on the final cost incurred. As the return shipper you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely and without damage. Egamephone does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.DELIVERIES), while Egamephone will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately by phone and email. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. All cancellations will incur a 10% or $2.50, whichever is greater, cancellation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.
Risk of Loss
All parts purchased from Egamephone are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
Warranties
Egamephone provides a 30 day limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells. Egamephone does not control the use of the parts it sells; therefore, there are no express warranties other then as stated for any particular part. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Since Egamephone cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale, we are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. The warranty provided does not apply to a part if damaged in any way by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, or improper installation. The warranty is at Egamephone’s sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part. Part must be returned for the warranty to be applied. The warranty only applies to parts that the warranty sticker has not been removed.
Regarding returns and exchanges due to taxes and fees
Each country and region has its own tax policy. You can learn about your country’s tax policy before placing an order. If necessary, we can cooperate with your declaration needs.
Please note that our prices do not include any taxes and we are not engaged in the collection and repayment of taxes. We will not refund shipping costs for any dispute due to local taxes.
