1. under normal circumstances, we will provide a 180-day warranty period.
2.Please CONTACT US for all RETURNS/Damaged/ Wrong Item delivered. No need to open any case, we will take care of you.
3.Returns accepted for UNOPENED items, or If Open Box/Used Product was purchased - Product must be in the same condition as described in listing.
4.SERIAL NUMBERS will be matched with our system with your order before return process. If Serial numbers do not match, we will ship it back to you.
5.There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. (Contact us before you do anything, Do not open a case, it takes longer that way)
6.Return Shipping cost will be at Buyers expense. (Unless stated otherwise, Contact us First)
7.Buyer has 14 days to return the product with tracking #.

1.We accept all payments through Paypal only. (All major credit cards, and debit cards are accepted through Paypal).
2.Large quantities of orders please consult via email or telephone to determine the specific order form.
Delivery details
1.China Post ,fedex is our preferred shipping method. Meanwhile EMS are available.If there are other differences in the receiving side, please contact us in time. We will adjust the mode of transportation according to the demand.
