1. under normal circumstances, we will provide a 180-day warranty period.
2.Please CONTACT US for all RETURNS/Damaged/ Wrong Item delivered. No need to open any case, we will take care of you.
3.Returns accepted for UNOPENED items, or If Open Box/Used Product was purchased - Product must be in the same condition as described in listing.
4.SERIAL NUMBERS will be matched with our system with your order before return process. If Serial numbers do not match, we will ship it back to you.
